win7 causing fps lag

hey, after installing windows 7, my fps has become extremly unstable, it varies between 150 and 300, causing small warps while playing, any1 with similar prob, or any suggestiong on how to fix it"?, els im turning back to xp, ;D

Heh calling "300FPS to 150FPS" lag just doesn't seem fair xD Although since its over 60FPS you shouldn't be able to notice anything, are you sure its not just normal lag?
And as the lyrics go in the United State's national anthem: "America, f**k YEAH!".

yea im pretty sure, know i shouldnt be able to se it.. but i think that when it varies so much, it kinda skips some frames..! its rly not that bad, just bugs me..!

Soldat probably needs an FPS cap to solve this kind of problem...
