Sword Design - HELP!

I'm working on a character design, and it has gone smoothly until now.  I'm afraid I'm absolutely stumped for sword designs, because I don't think a simple one would suffice for this armored lass.  Any suggestions? :P

For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

But seriously i think a traditionally shaped sword kinda in the gray colour you used for the armour would look fine

I did some swords for a modding project (an other game than Soldat), maybe you get used to them ;D (you may)

use light grey for the blade, or else it all merges and looks bad to me.
