Finished the poly work, texture, and scenery/re-coloring.

The map actually looks really like someones face with the nose, eyebrows, and eyes.  It's funny.  Maybe you'd like to add more colour and scenery though.  Would the two cap spots be at the bottom far left corner and the bottom far right corner?

Also, how long did it take you to make the map?

I noticed the face too...

Uhm, the flags would be where the "L" occurs in both corners.

The middle, (eyebrows), goes up high, but the polies are invisible... and the first two angles surrounding the middle "pole" are bouncy.

Make it have an icy/cliff-canyon feel. That would be good. But the layout is quite nice.

When you get the chance, fix the polybugs on the middle ramp.

Personally.. I don't like the flags where they are. Looks like it would be an awkward grab when using the bottom route as there is that drop to the flag, then no convenient way of escape.

Yeah, the flags. I don't know where I should put them though... maybe switch them with the spawns?

Updated:

Moved flags to Far pits on each side of the map, added another bounce pad per team.

Fixed bugged nade/health spawns and fixed the two small bridges.

Suggestions?

Argh, ctf_Bounce is also already on use. Got ctf_Bounce in gather rotation and it's already pretty popular, so change name again. I use google to check if my mapname is already on use, so type ctf_Yourmap, check if it finds anything soldat related.

So you use bouncy polygons? Are those black fades bouncies or which one? If you have special features, mark them clearly and remember also mark flag and player spawn.

It's looking pretty good, but can't give hints before I see spawns and flags.

spawns are awfull right now
this spawn position makes the map a lot spawnkilling
and when you spawn, you are in a hill going low, but you have to move up. very bad placement of polys+spawns in the bases, and there's only one way to get to the flag... generaly this is bad. I would put the spawns in the flag, and the flag lower

ohh maybe you should make bouncy polys more distinct

The bounce poly inbetween the spawns prevents much spawn camping.

Idk how I would move the spawns, without adding more polys/expanding the map.
