mapslist for realistic ctf server

hi!
can anyone suggest me some good ctf maps? i want to open an realistic ctf server
w/o friendly fire and about 10 - 12 slots
hope you dudes can tell me some good maps :)

Those should match good for 3on3 to 6on6 public server.

I guess mappers should collect some kind of ctf custom mappack, which server admins could easily use.
