Photoshop Experts: SCTFL 14 Playoff Bracket Competition

Every season in SCTFL as the playoffs come near the SCTFL admins allow members of the community to partake in a photoshop competition where players can make awesome playoff brackets. We eventually decide which playoff bracket will be the official bracket for that season based on a community vote. The player whose playoff bracket is chosen can get a custom forum title on the SCTFL forums of his/her choice.

Specifications: The bracket must have the following format:

In other words, The bracket must say "SCTFL 14" or "SCTFL 14 Playoffs" somewhere. There are 4 preliminary qualifier matches which advance into the corner matches in the top 16 round. The rest of the bracket is rather straightforward.

Any color scheme and layout is allowed (Be creative). Size should be somewhat consistent with the 6 previous seasons brackets I have posted below. Once you have made the bracket, upload it (As PNG or BMP preferably) so no quality is lost. Post the bracket in this thread. If you have a special font you want to use for the clan names, post the PSD file here with all layers and stuff.

Deadline: June 10th, 2009

For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

Was thinking about it, but I haven't played around with photoshop in a while - I've been looking for an excuse to dust off the old PS 7.0 and make something :)

Lol that exact thing happened when I was making mine, luckily my brother pointed it out when he looked it over :P

I personally likes p0ppins more than centurions. but I think it's a little too messy. what about a preveiw with some random clans in it (like just name the clans "Clan")?

I think centurions bracket is too hippie.

I still like p0ppins better. I don't think we should have the same styled bracket season after season.

but yeah, if p0ppin wanna get more votes, just get some cool soldat screen shot and put low errr... (forgot the word, transparency thingy) in the background, and voila, another bracket that has been the same every season.

If I lose votes for not putting a soldat screenie (it doesn't blend well with what I've made), so be it.  I'd rather not make the same type of bracket as all the others.

Thanks for the brackets Popp0n and Centurion. Just for clarification, please post what font is supposed to be used for the clan names, as generally font is a pretty major part of the bracket. We are not too artistic so if its left to us we will probably put something like times new roman  :P

* Haettenschweiler ( That's the Font of my first try )
* CGF Locust Resistance
* BankGothic Lt BT

Btw: How can I get fonts outta' my c:/windows/fonts folder? They cannot be copied... :/

What I did was click+drag from the font folder to the zip/rar.  It should copy it. :)
