Soldat Does Not Work on Windows7

I've just installed Windows 7 Ultimate Beta and I upgraded it from Vista Home Edition.

I get the generic error in the picture below:



Any ideas or solutions? :)

I'm not sure but it seems to be same problem as was on Vista, just run soldat as administrator.
