I like the map a lot, there are just a few things you should improve. Most of them are explained in the attached picture, however here is one already: The moon doesn't fit the green background. Either change the background to a darker, blueish colour ( don't!!) or replace the moon by another peace of scenery, maybe a big tree with a massive treetop (yeah yeah!)

I'd rather you left the flags where they are. But do shorten those slopes above the bases as Pekay mentioned, they make it to tight to escape by air.
And the moon doesn't really fit the light green, make it blue.

The tree looks sexy, but otherwise I don't like much about it. Maybe it's just me but those long curves don't match with jungle theme, so add some randomness/exceptions into curves. Chaos of polyislands, with typical flag and player spawns :S. The entrance for middle isn't too smooth.

As it is now, I think its too easy to escape already.

If you mean with too easy escape about high number of caps, then you are wrong. High number of caps is not a problem, except if teams get 10 caps in 5mins, which we can't talk about here.

If you mean problem of both flags stolen, then I see you are right. I guess there will be a lot of cat & mouse situations in this map. At least I hate the most in ctf play that situation (both flags stolen, hunt for efc), that's propably the thing why I don't like much about htf either.
