The name is negotiable.
Basically, its a PM like game. Except that the flag to get is black and the person who caps it gets the points. The game ends after time.
The whole point of the game is to grab the black flag, and rush back to the white one. Everyone else is out to get you, and any tactics may be used to kill you, the stakes are high (20 points) and a kill is only worth 1. Killing the flagger is worth 2 points. There should be a 4team mode (like TDM). DM maps are to be used.

i say no for all (or most) of the previously stated reason plus this one: You will have many flag campers that will just wait till the flagger comes close and then they start killing everything. In the end it'll be more of a "who is lucky enough not to die in that mess" - it simply won't require enough skill!

Yea, it's actually a cool idea IMO but for zyxstand's point (enemies will just camp at the white flag).
If the white flag could be made to teleport every 10 seconds just like an idle Rambo Bow or yellow flag, that could help. If that can be fixed (flag campers), I think this game mode would actually be pretty cool.
(And this being the guy who bashed my CG suggestion, sheesh)

i like it, nobody plays htf so we might as well ditch it for something that atleast sounds hard/fun.
its like taking the awsome out of infiltration pointmatch rambomatch and hold the flag and teammatch, and making it into something someone would actually play!

Kinda like the the game mode in MGS were you go around as snake trying to complete a objective while the soldiers are trying to kill you. i vote yes. soldat needs this kind of shakeup

I don't like the way people reply to topics now. You find something wrong with it, and rather than fix it to try and propose a better idea, you just say it won't work and put it down.
I think it could be done, with multiple white flag spots, and different spots for the black flag to appear.
Another note, 20 points for the capture might be too much ot too little on some servers based on the amount of people in it. For example, in a server with 16 people, going through the effort of capturing the flag migh not be worth it, and deteriorate the game value.
