As it was mentioned before, it's kinda difficault to see anything here. But i like that top-middle island. Why didn't you make whole map with simular style? Moon halo with stars as bg and cold colors for polygons = normal contrast + great visibility. Also i don't like those shooting stars - they look ugly in static. Sceneries in the bottom tonnel are ugly as well. It's tottaly impossible to recognize what exactly is there...
Layout changes are nice.
so here are my suggestions:
- how about OWT polygons instead of OBT ( it will also prevent flagger from getting back into the hole, which is very annoying)
- moving med kits from flag place to the glade closer to bottom tonnel
- moon halo with stars as bg and cold colors for polygons
- maybe a solid bg for lower tonnel with several lamp to light it
