iPhone soldat forums.

I logged in on my iPhone today and it directed me to a shiny new mobile soldat forum, thanks to the forum format creators. If any of you have a spanking iPhone/iTouch, then you'll know what I mean. It's not the best, but I do like it.

Did anyone else know that SMF went mobile?

It's a mod ElephantHunter was experimenting with last night. It's called iPhone SMF or something like that.

Yeah it's called SMF iPhone. I like it. It just needs a jump to top/bottom and a select page no.

Like jrgp mentioned, I was experimenting with the SMF4iPhone mod last night (after buying myself an iPod Touch.) It still needs a few tweaks, but I think it could work.

If you're using an iPhone and you prefer the normal view, there's a link at the top to switch to "Classic" (normal) mode. If you want to go back, there's a self-explanatory link in the menu titled "Switch to iPhone"

Please feel free to make suggestions. Over the next week or so I hope to fix a lot of things.

woa sweet, I always thought it would be sweet if there was an iphone/touch mod, but thoroughly believed it would never happen

It needs a page number index, it won't let me start a new topic in "The lounge" (400 Bad request), there should be an edit post button and a "Top/bottom" function after each post. That's all I can think of right now.

Yeah it's nice and sleek though there are a lot of things that are missing, especially for navigation.

It's faster, more compact and handier than normal SMF if you're on an iPhone...

I've added a link to the SMF4iPhone site. Enesce's screenshots are interesting, but very misleading. He should have used the Safari browser to take screenshots (yes, this theme is very Safari-specific for obvious reasons) :P

@Hair|Trigger: Knock it off. Unless you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, your input here is worthless.

I'm using my SE W300i with Opera mini and it works just fine. I can't afford myself iPhone or something similar to it (maybe when I'll go to England for work...).
