Why not start a new TW channel?

Because having yet another half-empty channel won't help gathering tw community. So it's better to use existing channels that already have their own tw servers and gather bots.

i know alot of aussies like to play TW including myself, but playing in 350 ping isn't very fun.

But making new channel won't improve your ping on european servers... It will be still the same unless some aussie player provide an australian server...

Okay, what about just starting a new channel, only for TW players, just as like a way of getting CWS, and random games happening. Tbh, I don't really think a TW gather would be much fun. If you promote a channel called #trench.wars everywhere, on all TW servers, the word would soon get out.

Yes, I didn't even know soldat.mapping was TW until now. We need a normal TW gather bot, JUST for normal TW. I can provide the server, but I have no experience with IRC or gather bots.

some1 should do this for thre inf community. i've never tried tw though. guess i'll give it a shot.

With 15+ users, there is always a couple people on, and when you get a couple people in one server, more people tend to join faster. So this has been working pretty well.
