Soldat Freezing

Hello, k well basically my soldat does as the topic reads and freezes sometimes a little nd sometimes a shit load per map/round/cw. I have asked SpiltCoffee for help and after trying windowed soldat, video compatibility etc he has directed me here. When soldat does freeze I have to minimize it to unfreeze it. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

I also get a massive "freeze" in Soldat when I'm playing at random. I can't do anything about my apart from restart my computer and open up Soldat again. I don't know how to fix my issue.
