And oil: calling it a fossil foil is rather a false interpretation of its main origin, which would be the constant rotation of stuff under the Earth's crust. Essentially, we're set for many hundreds of years.

As far as that goes, I was under the impression that the "holes" in the ozone over the poles exist because sunlight is required to change oxygen into ozone, and those places simply get less sunlight. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
