Okay
This is a thread (as the title says) were you can post pics of all the airsoft guns that you own, and what you think of them.

I'll update this with pics of my own guns in a little while

but just for now, I have a UTG master sniper (480 fps) a Dboy M4 sir system (320 fps) and a socom gear M1911 Meu Soc gas blow back (310 fps).

I've got an m14 that I love. I paid 40 bucks for it.

I've been trying to sell my tippman since paintball sucks.

Which you already know of... Seriously this is a good rifle. A lotta recoil, but pretty accurate.

For the price of 2 tanks of gas I could go shoot people for a day, it just isn't worth the crazy amount of money required.

Also what recoil? Its an air rifle.

I paid 10 dollars to get in with free air on my last visit to the field.

It's paint that's expensive as f**k. We have to use the paint they provide. Spent about $50 that day for 500 rounds which is surprisingly cheap for field paint.

Yeah I know, but still, they're generally the same thing... Except air rifles are more mature...

I used to have a cheap M4 airsoft. My dog chewed up the stock (I kid you not).

Trying to hit a soda can at 50+ yards away... there is recoil. No, it isn't like a Barrett, but then again, it isn't like a $10 airsoft.

What's the range on that rifle?

The one advantage of airsoft is that it can fire semi-auto, full-auto, whereas air rifles are single shot. Not with that pcp.

I have an old pump action bb/pellet gun. Only shot at 450fps though.

Effective range of the sniper hmm...I would say 150 feet (but I can hit farther) and the hand gun I'm not really positive of (Mainly because I use it for Cqb) but I would guess 80 feet for a consistent pattern.
Finialy the M4 right now it has a range of 0 feet

but when working I would say 100 ft.

Just wondering where people here buy their rifles. I am looking to get a rifle I can clear rooms with for shnit n' giggles.

That depends on what kind of gun you're talking about and how much you're willing to pay.

for airsofting I would go to Airsoft GI or Airsplat (Airsplat is a little cheaper but Airsoft GI will never send you a broken gun)

Herm...he said clear rooms....I'm thinking that he didnt want to kill anyone with it so a AR-15 is NOT a good pick if you want to keep your friends

our place is a half hour away. Its more like 30 dollars for an all day pass plus paint, which runs more like 55 here.

Yeah local places in cities suck balls. I went with friends that drove 2 and half hours to Wasaga beach. Jesus christ the place was actually professionally run.

Regarding airsoft, I like it but to me it's only a quick and cheap alternative to paintball that I can get together in like a day rather then planning ahead a week. I was thinking of getting a gun, but then I don't do much airsoft anyways.

www.trinityairsoft.com for great deals, I'd say.
www.pyramydair.com for air rifles.

But just to get an idea, you can visit a local Walmart. They usually have a good selection, I'd say.
