Best Weapon In Soldat

I just want to know what people think that the best weapon is.

minimi  has a lot of ammo so i can spray xD.

In soldat there cant be a best weapon since they are mostly all balanced and each is good in a certain situation or for a certain playstyle.

I use Barrett as a primary weapon and SAW as a secondary weapon.

I pick spas because I like it. Different guns for different situations though, pluss the element of surprise.

What do you mean by "best weapon"? The weapon which I use (that'd be hard to pick one cause only weapons I don't play are minigun and saw)? The weapon which is the most effective/reliable in my opinion?

Steyr is very reliable and always useful. Sure it gets outclassed sometimes (i.e. by spas in close range), but there's no situation where using steyr sucks, while there are many situations where steyr owns. The 2nd best is probably minimi because anyone who is able to press left mouse button can kick ass with it.

Ak for sure, It's really easy to aim with it, easy to move around, doesn't sound too much, can reach quite long. The bink is easy to control.

My favorite weapons are the Deagles but I voted for the Steyr.
Fast ROF, big DOT, fast reload, high bullet speed, it's quite accurate, it's easy to get used to...Everything about it is good.

The whole point of weapon balance is to make all of them equally usable. (except the secondaries)

But whatever, I pretty much only use the mp5, spaz, and barret.

True however it all depends on if the user know how to use it in the right way. And all weapons are pretty much different ingame, with Ak you can be very sneaky imo but with mp5 you'll have advantage in close combat

Not necessarily true. If you get good enough with the mp5 or spaz, you'll find that long range kills are possible, even on maps like Run. (it's all about mastering/getting used to the arc)

Granted, I'm more of a mp5/spaz/nade rusher.

Yes it can. From a distance you can get a kill in under 4 shots. It comes real handy when there's a wall between you and your opponent. [since most guns except m79 can't go around it]

He probably meant "hey on really big maps I can just pick ak/steyr/minimi and use kickass stay&spray "strategy" to kill any spas guy while he doesnt even put me on 50% hps"
