Best way to quit soldat.

I'm trying to quit soldat once and for all. So far I have uninstalled it from my computer. I'm considering also leaving soldat forums community...What should I do?

Pretend you're  trying to quit smoking...each day play a little less...and then stretch doses over a little a week...less, less, then a little more less......and then BAM! Addiction gone.

But take care never to try it again, as you'll get hooked right back.

Those pictures would make it definitive that you stop playing soldat.

ot:
Like jpgr said, just pretend like you are quitting to smoke.
Also, for smoking there are the nicotine plasters, for soldat that would be an game. (just watch that you dont get addicted to that one)

Well lets see... The best way to quit soldat and make shure that you never play again would be  [socom] :-X but I don't recommend that.
So instead I would do like you did and uninstall it, also have a family member or a friend check your computer each week to see if you were naughty and re-installed it so that they can yell at you and tell you you're a fail....but anyhow good luck. ;)

Hmm, I don't want to find another game to replace it...I'm just trying to do it to learn somthing useful (like flash, anyway I'm now going to University, IT).

Unplugging net won't help cause I need it. Facebook - I have deleted my account about 2 months ago, I found it useless, timewaster!

Atticus's 10 Step Plan for Quitting Soldat

1. Uninstall Soldat

2. Delete Soldat Folder

3. Delete mIRC (If you use it)

4. Delete Ventrilo or Teamspeek (If you use them)

5. Change your emails for soldat website info to something on http://www.guerrillamail.com/ so that you cannot do "forgot password" and so you won't get email related to soldat.

6. Go to all of your forum websites and change your passord to something ridiculous that you would never remember as in a bunch of numbers/letter combination that way you cannot log back in.

7. Install Leechblock on firefox (If you use firefox) https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4476 . There may be other programs that do this same thing out there.

8. Find a different game to occupy your time.

9. Go outside and enjoy nature.

10. Get a girlfriend / have sex.

I quitted from Soldat for a while. My computer got infected by virus. I installed Ubuntu and I can't play Soldat on that OS.

Worked for me! lol

Depends on the reason.  If you're trying to quit (while still enjoying the game) because it's affecting your grades/life/whatever too much then yes, uninstall, delete any soldat-related bookmarks, delete people from msn who might try to get you back, etc.

If you're trying to quit because you're just sick of it and don't enjoy it anymore, it should just come naturally.  I stopped playing for maybe 2 years+ and it's still installed on my comp.

You can log into your router and set up parental controls to block sites with 'soldat' in the url.

It's not like Soldat is ruining my life completely. :D It's not that bad after all. I just wanted to stop playing it. Anyway, lately I was playing only gathers. I'm doing now Lesson 1st from flash cs3.
