Server isn't working for some people but not others.

I rented a soldat server from a place (not U13 or enesce or selfkill or any other) but its not working for me. It's working for 3 of my buddies but my other buddy it isn't working for either. IP: 208.122.52.130 Port: 23073 and 23074 if 23074 works, 23073 should also and visa versa. How can I or my host fix the problem? Maybe it's a DNS issue or something?

Dunno, my host did. Also I posted that at 12 AM yesterday. Plenty of time for answers

and why wouldnt you ask your host for help in the first place? at least offer some kind of information about it other than "it doesn't work".

I did, and they couldn't figure it out at the time, that's why I asked here, to get a more soldat specific answer, maybe.

It doesn't work as in, it doesn't work. People can't connect, I explained that. Some people can connect, while others it says "Requesting Game..."
