Who Plays Oblivion

Who plays it. What mods you running(alphabetically plz), fav equipment, playing style, you know all that stuff

Like Glass + Daedric, have my own enchanted swords, house in Cheydenhall, Leader of Theives Fighters and Mages Guild, Silencer DB, Not f**ked about main quest atm.

I beat all the quests cept for the main quest, then forgot to play it for a while. Now I am stuck wit a computer that can't run it. Though usually I like to play as a Wood Elf thief. Archery + Stealth are my favorite things. I also clear out entire cities over time. I got the lockpicking thing down pat my friend... PAT.

Lock picking for me is a cinch, since I bothered to level up my luck, plus its my major skill lol. Ever get Midas Magick?

Morrowind is the 3rd part of The Elder Scrolls. And he says it's way more better.

EOD means end of discussion? Not a chance. (I get it now thanks Wookash). I opened this discussion to talk about oblivion, because its awesome, and I have played Morrowind as well. I prefer Oblivion.

OT: Does anyone use Midas Magick? If you dont you should, best magic mod around. Awesome quests too.
I have taken a break from the Dark Brother Hood story line and am going to explore SI. Anyone know some good places to start?

I use to play on XBOX.
120+hrs on first account.
50+hrs on second.
150ish hrs on third.
20ish hrs on fourth.

I've also had two chars on pc.
first was only 20-30 hrs. I used the console command thing to buff my player max. I couldn't resist.

The last char I had was on pc. And it was the first time using mods.
I dunno which ones I used. I played it for about 30 minutes, then uninstalled.
The mods were good, I just plain couldn't stand Oblivion anymore.

I wish I had the strength to play it more though.
With the mod there was like 7-8 different monsters totaling like 25+ monsters attacking me at once.

It would have been epic fun if I hadn't already play 400 hours of non modded Oblivion.

Oh well. Can't wait for the next one. Even though I don't have a working 360 =D



EDIT: There were some downsides to the game.
- Leveling system was craaaaaaaaaaaaaap. I don't think I ever made it past level 40. -,-''
- Lack of weapons and armor.
- Lack of decent quests.
- Lack of unique monsters and NPC's.

With more Factions = More main quests, less mini-stupid-kill the rat-quests.
Dragons would have just perfected Oblivion. Flyable instead of instant travel... mmm, yum!

Even just 10-20 extra monsters.
With an element theme for ever type:
Fire, Ice, Water, Earth, Energy, Dark.... Fire Mudcrab, mm mm. Ice Mudcrab, mm mm.
And then combinations, FireIce Mudcrab, mm mm mm.

And more bosses... actually even just one would have been good! other then the end main story line.

I miss Oblivion!

Agreed it could have been improved, but the game is just awesome anyway. I can't wait for the next one!

It is made for mainstream publics.
And with hard, it means that it is almost "exclusively" made for mainstream publics.
