I've never challenged the statistics, I've challenged your interpretation.

What kind of different factors are there related to this then?

Quality of life, amount of education, income, neighborhood, treatment by locals, etc. etc.

My intereption is:
Quality of life is rather dependent on the rest of the factors.
Amount of education isn't very high, especially for those who are coming as immigrants due to higher quality of life.
Income is rather high compared to native Finns at the same situation(Unemployed, lack of education).
Treatment by locals seems to be highly related to the skin colour. 44 % of Somalians have been "victim of physical assaults" whereas 14 % of Vietnamese have felt the same. However, there are more Vietnamese(suspected of a crime) immigrants per 1000 persons in 2001-2005(321 for Somalians, 375 for Vietnamese).

Work on small groups and focus on the quality of aid/help. Share the current resources for smaller groups to increase the aid/help per immigrant. Thats why I oppose the current immigration model in many European countries, and would like to see reductions in the amount of immigrants.

Also, saying rude remarks isn't the crime, but it leads to potential crime or worse. For example, if you call someone the 'N' word and he takes offense, a whole racial riot can break out just like that. Maybe it isn't so big of a problem in countries whereby there are very few minorities and no one really mixes, but for a country with lots of races together whereby each group is about as large as the other and they mix quite a bit, that can cause the destruction of an entire country. It's not just race, it's religion too.
