Updated bot for Soldat 1.6

Remember to drop the mysql tables as the database structure has changed

Updated bot to 2.11
Fixed some sql syntax errors, so now stats system should work again.

Update: Fixed an error with caps in the stats.

Update:
- Rewrote the stats collection should be more reliable and accurate now
- Fixed errors usually occurring on netsplits and bot not being to join because nick is already taken
- Fixed errors related to ingame commands not working properly for team switching

I have problem. When i add server i got connection refused .. Where is problem
