Anyway, my goals are to finished my final year of college, get a decent job, then get married and settle down happily with my new family.

Well, two out of three isn't too bad.  I've got five weeks of college left and a great job lined up, but I still have to find my soulmate.

I think I should add the goal of being a published author to my checklist.  If motivation remains, I should finish my current writing project (currently 86,000 words, with a projected total of 200,000 by the time I'm done) by the end of the year, and it's on to bigger and better things after that.  I have vague plans for another novel of similar length, a collection of short stories, and a series of novellas.  Oh, I also want to come up with a unique and original plot, rather than just twisting existing ones that I like. <_<

On that note, if you guys are wondering what happened to me after that "Gamer_2k4 is writing faster than a 32x CD burner" topic I posted a while back (and I know you're not :P), rest assured that I've continued work and will post another six chapters in a month or so.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

Playing in a G3 Concert (http://www.satriani.com/G3/) along with Joe Satriani (http://www.satriani.com/ & http://weblogs.dailypress.com/entertainment/music/pop/blog/joesatriani[1].jpg) and Steve Vai (http://www.vai.com/index_wildthings.html & http://musiccourt.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/steve_vai.jpg).

I freaking love G3, and those two guys.

Also, I would love to propose to my Girlfriend after a show of mine, assuming I would have one at that time, and we both love each other a lot :)

1) Graduate college with a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
2) Start a career earning decent pay.
3) Settle down and start a family.
4) Go into astronomy.
5) Profit.
6) ???
7) Happiness.

This is still pretty much right on the dot.

I suggest not choosing a certain career or occupation because you are good at it.
Make sure you like it...Let me rephrase that...Make sure you LOVE it.
Nothing is worse then doing something you don't enjoy 5 times a week.  :-\

Become the best Network Engineer. EVER. Maybe work for Cisco, they're supposedly pretty high in the best employers list.

I've changed a fair bit.

Psychology (yes me and every 14 year old girl), but I plan on going for a Ph.D as that's the only way to make money in it.  I also plan on getting a BA in Art, and where that leads is a total mystery.

After I finish never-ending college, I have only a few desires: I never want to own  a house renting/apartments work for me, I don't want to live anywhere for over 5-7 years (flexible job for sure), and I don't plan on owning much of anything either probably around 10 personal items I care about.  I'd start a family and by not owning much I'd have extra money to throw around for the moving and vacations and shit.

I'm an undergrad biology major aiming to become a marine biologist (my passion). I wanna get married, have kids, and have an awesome life.

There are tons of other goals I have for myself on the side:
- Learn guitar (acoustic)
- Learn drums
- Learn Italian
- Travel by plane
- Travel by train
- See Dave Matthews Band in concert
- Learn to surf
- Learn to scuba dive
- Have a bonfire part on an ocean beach

etc.

If you're going to travel by plane, travel somewhere nearby. The most "exciting" parts are taking off and touching down. The rest is pure fucking boredom. I sit through a 14-hour flight twice every other summer or so.

If you're lucky you might get some turbulence during the flight. That's even better than landig and taking off. It sucks anyway.

Or if you're real lucky, ya just might crash on an island with some weird-ass people, polar bears and smoke monsters and shit

Life goals?
Just have fun. Move to some other rich-ass European country. Drink, travel, party, fuck women from as many countries as possible (even though I just landed in a relationship, nothing lasts forever, eh?). As for a job, I've always loved flying and the sea, but I'd be way too much away from home then, so I got no f-ing idea at this point... gonna go study business in university this year though, so I'll figure out what I wanna do at some point.
