The community of TW is too small. So I have created a group on Xfire to help bring those people together. If you play TW regularly, join this group.

I created the group to make gathering for TWs easier, setting dates, getting quick ways to talk to people to get games going, and so on. It also adds them to a list that you can easily check what server they are on, so that enables you to see when people are on the servers.
If enough people join, this could really benefit TW.

Be more on eC and [DO] servers, avoid Leo's, because the mines are irritating as hell.

I dont play lately Soldat too much, but i saw you a few times.

Tw isnt small, but it might be inactive because of the summer vacations lately.

Well, this helps for gathering players when they are all empty. Once we get enough people to join.

If you don't mind can I make a website for soldat TWing and link to this group? I'm bored and got nothing else to do. I'm just playing hexer and WIC all day, lol. Don't be suprised if I never do it though, cause I'm lazy xD

We dont need no sites for that.
The Vx' forums are usually the place where the most tw-ers meet afaik, cant remember the site link though, as im not participating there (laziness, yeh).

Vx' forums are pretty well dead, I just checked, no posts in general chat or soldat chat since July.
If Miketh made a good non-clan TW forum, that could work.

Ok, my clan has the domain soldatboards.com I can use that and make the site soldatboards.com/tw I think that it is fitting, don't you think? Cause buying another domain is another 7$ or so, that I don't have

Now, should there be a forum? If so, should it be a sub-forum on soldatboards.com (the plus would be SMF, but the con would be a non TW specific forum) or should I make a quick mini-forum for soldatboards.com/tw (wouldn't be SMF, just a small widget type thing, but would be right on the tw site for easy posting)?

Forums are fine, but not truly needed. The idea of the site is great, even as a sub-domain.

well... i don't know any non-fixed network irc webchats... but unless you are using IE you can go to irc with browser plug-in.

Add me on Xfire, and join the TW group. It can send reminders that pop-up on player's computers, and tell them about events and gathers. Trust me, its a great way. Plus, integrated chat and right-click to join servers.

Same people don't want to/can't download and install XFire, so I should install a chat on the site just in case. I will make a note that the preffered method would be to join the XFire group, though.
