Color skins

I have seen lots of players that have black,blue,green and red skins etc.. I registered the game today and i play 1.5 version is it legal to have that kind of skins? If it is where can i get those? do i have to pay a extra amount for skins?

yes, everybody can use it, just download Soldat Skin Color Changer. run it, find your profile and load it,change it and save.
(normally there will be better instructions)
