What do you mean by a normal account and an admin account?

Isn't that something you'd have to contact...Microsoft about?

He means install Soldat without the need to have an administrator account.

Doesn't that already work when installing into the home directory?

Aren't windows accounts with limited privileges unable to run program installers anyway?

AussieJay, get a USB flash drive, go to a computer that isn't protected like your one is, install Soldat to a folder on the flash drive, then copy that folder to your My Documents folder or wherever and play Soldat through it.

You won't have the icons in the Start Menu but whatever.

He means he can't install it on his account because he is a "Limited User". This means he has underpowered privileges and can't install specific programs or games etc. jrgp has an excellent example of getting Soldat to work if you aren't administrator.

Despite this, what if AussieJay is trying to say that he wants everybody to be able to download and install Soldat without necessarily being the Administrator of the computer. This applies to everybody and I'm guessing this is what he's trying to say. So I agree with what he wants and could this be able to be achieved? Or must we contact Microsoft for this to be done?

For all intents and purposes, contacting microsoft is impossible. They probably get a billion emails an hour, with most of them being spam.

You can limit accounts to the point of only being able to type... I say, let the poor chap have a .zip folder of Soldat so he can play.
