shitload of time since I've been here, just wanted to point out I feel like a fucking athlete after two months of quitting smoking. It REALLY is fucking up your stamina and you can't even begin to truly comprehend how much untill you actually stop smoking.
I was an avid smoker and the thing about not smoking while drinking alcohol was the hardest bit, but really after a week it starts to seem silly that it was ever hard.
Didn't really follow all of the pages but good luck if you havn't quit so far
