It wouldn't be the administrators fault. It would just be the natural decrease of interest of the forum itself. The admin's job is to enforce and administrate the rules, whereas the general interest lies within the community itself and what the rules are to dictate how the forum is laid out.

But I can't deny that it does help if the admins have some kind of interesting personality to offer. If there has to be a change, do it within the forum. Keep the same foundation but spice it up a bit. My philosophy is how I feel about soldat itself. Just keep the same gamemodes, same features, just add new maps to freshen things up.
