Last time when I took a look on the lobby list most soldat servers were from germany.
Banning whole countries will just reduce make Soldat less playable. Imagine you have to click on 20 server till you find one where you aren't banned. Not good.
Imho the best way to keep cheaters away from Soldat is with often updates of anticheat or the game itself.
