WinAPI failure #9

Hey, again BattlEye is being retarded, I'm not the only one having this problem, I've seen +10 guys getting kicked by this. It takes 'bout a minute before I get kicked and I have no idea what can have caused it.

I'm using Avast! Anti-virus.

It's happened to me twice in the past 5 minutes where I've been kicked for WinAPI Failure #9
