Yeah indeed, but the point is, my soldat actually doesn't crash. The only problem I have is fps drops when shooting, moving in soldat.

just to show this major a lesson, don't act like a major, just be your normal self, EVEN on the internet :). (on the forums atleast). Whatever you do outside is no care.

Hi!

$able, I did what you said.
I disabled my antivirus (Kaspersky for windows 7)
and also deactivated the UAC and did not work. The game is still with very low fps after that server message appears (the picture of my other post).

is there any other solution I can do?

Hey,

I have been experiencing the same FPS problem for over a month, but I have finally found a solution for myself. The problem was my firewall - I'm using Win XP sp2. I simply turned it off, even disabled it in the autostart, but it didn't help. I had to disable the 'run automatically' setting in: control panel -> services and restart the computer.

Yea, it always begins when up-to-date shows.

Just a quick note: I haven't forgotten about the crashing problem and I will again try to fix it soon. I have just been busy with other stuff recently, so stay tuned.

Is "/beclient test" still working? Or was it disabled?

EDIT: Weird. I didn't had any BE problems but I did /beclient test...that's what I got so far:

I repeat one more time - I do NOT have any BE problems.

And here goes the funny thing.
My friend is being constantly kicked by BE (client not responding) in one particular server all servers and he's BE.log looks like this:
Code: [Select]
2600
2136
3768

Isn't it weird?

Yes, it's still working and actually logs are wanted for version 1.132 - ki0sk, are you still around? ;)

The logs from your friend are not weird. But something is preventing BE from functioning properly. Does he use any security software? Also, what operating system is he using?

It might be just me, but doing /beclient test makes my soldat either crash or shutdown. (I have no problems with BE though, was just testing around)

edit: Lol, gives me a kinda nice soldat server bug.

these newer versions comes with freezes on XP, that's great.... what about just giving up? remove BE from soldat so we can play for once.

BE isn't causing for me any problems, too.

Nice idea ;)
To be able to play I have to replace BE with old client, so I can play at least 2 minutes. Not much, but it's better than uninstalling security software.

I keep on getting game freezes on XP, every minute or so it will freeze for about 10 seconds then go back to normal and then again freeze, i reinstalled soldat 20 times, BE Clients 40 times, it makes the game unplayable, first i had AV's then BE kicks, now it freezes, wtf do i have to do to get rid of that shit once and for all?

I'm having the same 's**t' too:
with my firewall I have a constant game freeze (1 fps or even less) Without firewall, it's ok, but later (after hibernation for example) another annoying freeze comes, it's not SO strong, but the game is still unplayable. So I suppose the problem is not only my fw.

I tried turning off the firewall and the game still freezes, plus i get 10-15 fps at times wich sucks badly, practically half of the time i play i get freezing or low fps and this is clearly due to BE since many ppl is complaining here for the same reasons...

I suggest Sable downloads zonealarm and try it out, cuz it works fine if you kill it (disable doesn't cut it).
