1.5.1a registration activation / lost reg recovery

Has anyone successfully activated his Soldat registration in 1.5.1a? I'm receiving message ERROR: Unable to find that Registration Key.



I still have e-mail which I used for registration and reg file. I have downloaded key from my mail 06.07.2005. I don't have message from MM anymore (coz of shitty Outlock e-mail importing). When I asked EnEsCe about lost reg he was unable to find my key. Fortunately I've found file on my old PC.

Is there any way to activate my reg? I think I'm copying key properly.

Same here. I've tried to recover my key on EnEsCe's page but I get error saying that the key was not found. I purchased my key from MM on February 2008.

Sorry, certain keys were not included in the database because they were generated manually. It is being fixed as we speak, you will have to wait a few days. Rest assured, if you purchased your key legally and have not shared it with someone else, it will work by the time the beta ends.

it actually took me a while to figure out that there were TWO activations needed to use all features.
(first the activation of the portal account, then the activation/binding of the regkey ... )

This should be made a little more clear in the help/faq/texts of soldat portal.

and ofc my key is also not recognized yet but I can wait :-)

I just noticed that I have no star next to my name in newest beta-version. In 1.5 it works without problems.
As far as I can remember I activated my registration key into the portal system some months ago.
In the Portal-FAQ it says:

* How do I activate my Soldat Registration Key?
Under the 'My Account' menu, there is a link titled 'Activate Registration'.

I can't see this link. I assume that actually I am registered (since the shield shows up ingame next to my name and it only does for registered users) but the star is kind of bugged.

Does it work for any of you?

The protected name shield overwrites the registration star since they both mean you are registered.
