Minimizing options.
« on: July 28, 2009, 06:11:18 pm »
You should be able to choose between "minimize Soldat to tray" and "minimize Soldat to taskbar"

Because it forces me to bring up my (ugly) taskbar whenever I have minimized it, because you can't ALT+TAB from the tray. It's grose.

F12 Sounds like a good idea, I don't know if it's hard to do though.

Minimize to tray is just an icon next to the clock, so it doesn't use space on your taskbar.

F11. Are you too lazy to press "Windows logo + M"?????
If you want to undo minimize them press "Shift + Windows logo + M"....

Geez.
Being a lazy person is awful.

Err, there IS an Soldat icon in the tray, and you need just to click it to get soldat minimized and shown just in tray.

allright.. maybe not then, but when I maximize it again, the window goes small.
Overall a bit buggy minimizing system, with the flickering screen too.

Soldat should, like every other rational application, minimize to the taskbar like you'd expect it to. There shouldn't be any need for options regarding this. It's such fundamental behaviour.

Also, wouldn't mind if Soldat stopped resizing all other windows and restoring itself whenever another window gets minimized.
