Download, unzip, drag the entire folder into your scripts directory.
Be sure scripting=1 in server.ini.

"bots" goes into root directory, "TW" goes into scripts folder.

Note: That script is only working with ScriptCore v3 (Dedicated Server 2.7.0c)

And it should also be mentioned that these need to be installed on the soldat dedicated server, not the normal client where they will not work.
