Can a cristian explain how is it possible for god´s word (supposedly the bible) to become outdated (like you say "some of it has become outdated")?

Here are some options:
God is not timeless.
The world has developed differently than god intented.

If it has become outdated, why doesn´t god publish "the modern testament"?

The world HAS developed difernetly then what God intended according to the bible, since that contains the rules and regulations, which were not followed by all people and therefore we live in a diferent society then what was intended, once again in relation to the bible.

Don't ask stupid rhetorical questions like why God hasn't published a modern bible...You could ask why God hasn't stopped natural disasters or famine or world wars...The point is God does not have a hand in the life of humans, what was done in the beginning was just a beginning and has had no lasting impact. So as I was saying, various things in the bible have become outdated in modern times.

Also, if the Pope wanted to I'm sure he could do something about a new bible adition, him being Gods representative on Earth :S

There are so many things about our lives we can't control, to think we can is foolish. Religion or not.

my favorite chapter was the one where david had a fight with that huge ugly guy. they all thought that goliath was going beat the little boy

Yeah. Even my religious high school seemed like a scientific funhouse with open minded people compared to most of the fellows I've met there, the pastor included.

(and my school had the notorious habit of firing the best teachers for immoral reasons such as a) being gay b) writing erotic poetry c) being involved with one of the students.

To be fair though, my RE teacher/school priest was awesome, he studied in Oxford and I got a lot of what I know from him. Too bad we fell out after he did an after school lecture about intelligent design once and I ripped it apart. The irony? He sent me in the direction where I found the friggin' contrary evidence to everything he said.
