All of the other moving ones don't want to work...But I <3 magnums, so I picked that. Can someone remove the whit part? If you tell me I could DIY in the future.

Your old avatar was great, Shard, why don´t you stick with that one? However, if you really want to change it and - as you already pointed out - you want magnums in your signature, ask someone to create a unique avatar for you or try to find a better picture.
