Wait, I know how to create a buggish-type gostek.

1) Make bug head, hair, etc.

2) Make body look bug-like

3) Extend lower torso to create abdomen

4) Change arms to look like two thin bug arms, and legs to match.

The result should be bug-like, but no promises.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

Yea, Deadeye Rob, the one u posted SHOULD be in the mod, its basic/standard!
And it SHOULD be based on movie/book, ehh, so, why U made ur mod name StarShip Troopers, and U made Ur own weapons for it? Do u think that the director will make totally new movie with Ur weapons? Thats pathetic. Neither there wasnt such thing like a shotgun, Morita MI Carbine HAD shotgun BUILT-IN... Sorry for that bad comment but sometimes i think i have to do that...

If ill get mouse to work ill do something with this mod (if u dont agree, ill do it only for myself).

woah, calm down. were all fans here, and soldat is not exactly detail friendly (like the mounting rail on you favorite gun) this and, at least he made extra weapons to take slots not mentioned in starship troopers (i dont believe i EVER saw any kind of sidearm in EITHER movie. thats dual eagles and the pistol down)

this and they all used one fucking rifle in the whole movie which is what he based the graphics on anyway (yes i know there was a book but, words are not pictures, i could describe an elite from halo and someone would watch predator and think thats it)

He said that it was just a trick, he never made them.  <sigh>  If only I knew what those bugs looked like, then I'd make em for sure.

Deadeye, I figured out how to mahe an alien gostek.

One set of legs is udo, and the other is noga.

One set of claws is dlon, and the other is one of the two arm pieces.

Give that a try, it looks pretty good, as the sets of limbs move independantly.

good luck making that into a gosteck.

that is the most common bug in starship troopers.

this thing is the size of a very pissed bull, good luck on that too.

it would be awsome in a zombie match though, make the chaisaw be the lower jaw.

Well, if any1 feels like giving it a go, go for it! im not a good Gostek modder so i will have to pass! lol!

I also aquired one of the sound tracks to the Starship troopers film. Its quite classic playing it alongside the mod! lol tearing your way through people with this sounds track blasting is rather neat!!  ;D

...shit...so that's what those bugs look like?  No way that's going to be do-able without .poa modification.

If I ever Find the intrest to do so, I'll make that gostek. I'm sure it can be done without .poa modification. All I need to do is:

> remove the head

> reshape the klata to include the aliens head

> make the two leg images into seperate legs

> Make the hands into the 2nd and 3rd arm segments
(Maybe edit stab/punch .poa, for looks)

> Get everything pretty looking and maybe makes new bug weapons

See, not that complex. I'm just to lazy to do so.
