[Error] GetURL: Function Disabled (SafeMode = ON)

end;
Sometimes get this.
[Error] GetURL: Function Disabled (SafeMode = ON)

Does this mean GetURL is not executed anymore?

ofc it's not, you need to start the server with -safe 0
