I'm not taking any sides, but this is another side of the story:
When recording a demo you should at least be able to turn it off,
because if you're trying to have a steady cam you shake into a different position.

Did anyone listen to me?

if you are going to say it adds to the balance of the game you need to state a reason.

I am saying that it makes the Autos further dominant over the semi-autos due to their firing nature.

Don't assume the game is balanced.

I dont see any problems in keeping the scree shaking.. it doesnt really annoy cause you dont even really notice that sth. is shaking..
Its fine though

Using that argument, I could say it makes the chainsaw more useful. That is true, but then again, that screen shaking is very minor and shouldn't make any real difference to a player's aim - the way you put it, it's like a major factor in making one weapon much better than another. Not to mention the screen shaking in normal games can't be as bad as in a game filled with chainsaw 20+ zombies which explode on death. In a way, that screen shaking also makes the game look more intense, so I don't believe in removing it from gameplay, though having the option to remove it from demos is justifiable.
