can't drop flag/weapon

fix this gay bug where you can't throw a weapon or a flag. I'm not gonna bother with a demo or anything, it's quite frequent and the developer should beable to find it if he tried the game.

Only times I can't throw the flag is when I am aiming at a very close poly, never encountered this.
