Centering interface

Howdy. Just wanted to know if there's a way to help me center the bars on Soldat Interface Maker? Like a grid or something.

Umm, I didn't understand what exactly you want to do...
If it's about adjusting interface elements positions for custom resolution (640x480 - 1600x1200), then this should help:
