wow this is really different, I really like this one.
The lower doors are kinda freaky. Too plain. Maybe add an horizontal col in the ground or ceil of them (set to middle) just to make it more "vivid"
nades go crazy if you toss them under the flag (middle). maybe a collider inside those polys, or an extra one...
since you are using transparency, you could double and put the copy a little to the left and down, and set both of them to 11% opacity instead of 20%. That creates a much better effect (mainly on the borders)

not entirely sure what you are referring to about that transparency?

it makes a blur effect
and I found what's wrong with the door. The bright line is going to the ground. If you make it a little different it feels better xD
