Kramm - Fiebertraum

The beginning feels a damn lot like Castlevania.

Dubstep deserves no littlest mentioning in this thread. It sounds generic and brings nothing but repeatability and greediness to the already destroyed music industry. imo

Fawkzy that's your oppinion so add the "IMO" there. And I kinda agree with you, but it's commercial dubstep, I don't like Skrillex either, so please do not fall into hypocresy.
And it's not only dubstep, it's the best of Monstercat media, which includes a lot of electronic music.

Fawkzy hate comes in different shapes, and what you said was a bit "hater-like". I would love to know exactly what means "sounds generic and brings nothing but repeatability and greediness", because generic? That's because you are sick of it and nothing more, and I do not get the greediness part, why? Do not get offended really, we are just sharing oppinons.

@Moroes: I saw Stone Sour this weekend on Rock am Ring festival along with Korn, The Prodigy, Green Day and a lot of other awesome bands :) I might be posting some pictures of me and my group of mates once I get my hands on the photos.

Right now, I am really into Parov Stelar, an Austrian DJ and music producer. His tracks feature the 20's and 30's swing with fresh new beats and catchy grooves. Some say sampling means copying, but listening to this artist truly showed that it is recreation. This is one of the few electronic music artists that I actually want to experience live.

Some samples from his newest EP:

At The Flamingo Bar
The Fireface
The Invisible Girl

The first track I ever listened to by Parov Stelar was this one:

Catgroove

@Foxconn: Electronic music does not have to be repetitive. Artists choose their music to be like that, or better: the majority of people want it to be like that, so the artists feed their audience's ears with what they want. Today's dubstep music has a broad range of style, and this diversity is what makes it very interesting for me. People still experiment with dubstep to see where this new genre is going. Of course, I know that dubstep is much older than most people think. London's garages know better. And while I do agree that there are a lot of repetitive tracks out there that do not deserve much better than dwell their ugly existence on a niché channel on Youtube, there is more to it than what you describe. However, personal taste is something I do not want to discuss, but please mind that it emerged from the dephts of the 90's rave and jungle music, which was experimental at the start as well.
