Stats don't mean much only as much as you play U13 servers...I know EF (Clan) is THE bets but none of them are on the top U13.
Although Mancer, Shady, and all of EF are VERY good.

The best player is Major. He plays near 24/7 and never lets up. His skill with the Barret and M79 is unsurpassed. Next time you go into a server and see him playing, call him out and challenge him if you dare.

the last game we played i had 31 he had about 23-27ish and he quit

I've seen Mr. Domino play, and he destroys anyone in his path. He is the best ever. Even before Soldat was a gleam in Michal's eye, his dreams were haunted by Mr. Domino, leaving him exhausted and drained of his will to go on. Soldat I hear was created just to excised this demon, to free him of these nightmares full of carnage and death so that he could have a good night's rest without the ghastly image of Mr. Domino being forever burned into his mind. Now he just wanders the servers striking fear and bullets in the hearts of his enemies.

Seriously. It's impossible to determine the best player, but there are people who stand out of the crowd and can be seen in the top matches of the most nivous leagues and cups;

Rune ~ EF
Sneaky Bastard ~ EF
Ouchek ~ AA
Nahuel ~ AA
Denacke ~ SN
DragonSlayer ~ AE

There are plenty more, but these guys are the greatest in my opinion. I'm not listing American players because I'm not so familiar with them, but there are guys with serious poont-skills there, like Poop and Mancer.

What's with these challenges, go to quakenet and ask for 1on1's there or join a 1on1 league to participate in. Fighting people here won't prove anything unless you get enough interest and brag enough so you get the attention of the more serious players, but then you'll get your ass handed to you.

Like a lot of people have said, I don't think there's a single best player. Most of the best players probably come from the best clans but there are others as well. I'm sure that there are some unknown players who don't necessarily even play clan wars actively.

I'd say that anyone who thinks that he is the single best player is way too much of himself and has no idea of how it really is.

And certain weapons ARE more effective than others (doesn't have to be the same weapon for different guns). For instance, the barret is a pain in the arse to fight with my deagles, becouse I can't bink him enough before he shoots =/

Oh, and in generall, even the best can be shoot by a barret.

Actually, if you ever find yourself outgunned and can't stand it, switch to barret. It'll even the match a bit

You don't know who you are talking to. :p

Come to quakenet and you'll understand it's the other way around. Sniping is easy as hell. The hardest part about Barret is being able to hit a moving target while moving, sometimes under bink.

To be honest, I'm strongly against using barrets in duels; most people just snipe, run.. snipe, run. That's not very honourable, nor does it show your real skill with the gun. That's the reason I quit ESL too :\

A true Barreter should only camp when absolutely nescessary. They should normally be in a near constant state of motion, and always ready to deal with bink and movement acc. They shouldn't be on the ground long enough to crouch, but should be able to hit ememies at a screen away, nearly blindly. You should also retain your aim while flipping, diving, and rolling.

You should be fast enough to be nearly immune to bullets and bink should only be a secondary worry.

Getting back to my main point...
There are some people who are best at just killing other people.  There are some people who are best at getting assists (taking down an enemies health while another player actually gets the kill).  Some people are great at capturing flags.  Some people are able to avoid dying a lot.  Some people are great at guarding their base.

The point is, there are so many different ways to be the "best" that no one is going to be called indisputably the best player.

Exactly.  I just hate it when you play CTF and you constantly deal with players bragging about how they're the best at CTF, or for INF.  Me, I'm best at two roles: sniping/fire support, and flag running.  IMO, if you want to be good at team games, know your strengths and stick to them.

You need to know when you should escort FFC, you should know when to cover the alt route or when to stay in the opponent's base and wait for the flag to spawn or to slow down the enemies. Obviously there are tons of different things to do. In order to be a great player, you should be an all-around player who is capable of making fast decisions based on the overall situation.

Well sure.  I may think escorting is my most noteworthy tactic, but once the FFC is in our base, I'll go after the EFC.  If I have the flag, I'll throw it to someone else and move out.  If the FFC is in trouble, I'll run to the base to take out enemies.  I like to think I'm very versatile, but I suppose everyone considers themself to be a good player.
