Why not a option to enable/disable the kits in whatever game mode (like Survival and blablabla)?

Could be done with scripting within a minute.
Also it wouldn't be really used alot.

Example: I want set survival+kits in the next brazilians championships(soldatproleague.com soon) ;)

then good luck having it done by your next championship... i don't think e will release something in time for you and just for you...
take the script offer, have your championship admins / supervisors (whatever you have) check the script for reliability - that should be official enough then.
