Help needed with interface making!

Hi,

I want to make a very cool interface, but there's something weird :P

It's not easy to describe so i attached 2 screens.

In the first screen interface maker (v2) is seen (everythings fine).
The second screen is in-game and i don't know why the "HEALTH-BAR" looks like it does oO.

Please help :)
