Well I was playing xbox the other day and playing some live when this kid started talking trash and said my balls havent dropped

so is this true that my ball sack have to be dropped to be a man? Is it true cause I am very confused no joke

Don't worry about that, that guy just laughed at you because your voice makes it sound like you are a woman. What you should be worried about is a COPPA ban for being too young.

Actually that law has been sidelined for a while and was recently withdrawn/veoted permanently.

Regardless, this thread really isn't even appropriate or practical, even in the lounge.
