Dropped weapon unchanged

I've changed the GFX for the Deagles, and that's all well and good. However, when I drop the weapon, the dropped weapon looks like the unchanged "vanilla" Deagles.
Why does this happen?
How can I stop this from happening?

Admittedly, it's more annoying than anything else.

you also need to change n-deserteagle(-2).bmp

On a quick notice, same goes for bow(-2).bmp and m1911(-2).bmp.
