Auto-update Zitrostats?

Is there anything out there that will allow me to update zitrostats automatically?
Instead of running update.php every now and then.
Feel free to move if this is the wrong place to ask.

Just googled that and found a site to do it. Do you know if theres an option in windows to do it though?
