Open the map in Polyworks (you can find a download link here) and press Ctrl+A.

-Red polygons are those that you can walk on and cannot shoot through
-Yellow polygons are those that you can walk on and can shoot through
-Green polygons are those that you cannot walk on and can shoot through
-Dark red are deadly polygons

Try figuring out how to get inside yourself :P

The page I linked to contains the newest available version. Anna is not developing PW anymore. Fryer took over; even if he disappeared as well :|
