nice man. drivings good. i recently planted my old micra into a wooden bollard and tore out the left wing and axle so im looking for a new one. 2mph collisions with static objects YEAH

one time i nearly flipped my car trying to do a handbrake turn at 70 down a gravel drive. it was on two wheels for like five whole seconds. shit was crazy

another time i went to a house party and accidentally got blazed when my mates mate couldnt handle anymore of this freaky dank shit he was smoking and gave it to me. i forgot that i had to pick my cousin up from his old work and so i ended up driving about 40 miles on the motorway to get him high out of my face. but trust me driving while high is the best feeling ever. especially when you go around corners

enjoy fucking about in your new car jrgp

I have a driving license but don't drive more than once per month. Or even rarer.

Learned to drive at the age of 15.
But don't have/need a car at the moment.

I've had my drivers' license for a year now and let me tell you. Driving is fun but don't get too self confident because it might pay back.

On the 24th July 2010 around 12:40 I crashed my car. Me and my mom were arguing which way it would have been better to drive. Unfortunately I missed the primary road sign at a junction and I didn't see another car I crashed into either.

When I noticed the another car it was like 5 meters away and I was doing about 60 kph - obviously I couldn't stop anymore. I will never forget how that frame froze for a second. I could see the driver looking at me (It was a side impact, I crashed into drivers' door) wondering what the fuck is he doing.
Next second I heard and felt a huge collision, I saw airbag inflating and all I could do was close my eyes and keep my mouth shut.

When it had happened the whole car was filled with white powder that came from the airbag. I will never, NEVER forget that smell of that powder. I quickly released my seatbelt and got out of the car. My face was sore and red, I heard constant buzzing into my ears. It was nothing serious but it was one hell of a shock. Fortunately me and mom were somewhat alright... even though you couldn't say same about the car. It was pretty much totaled. Repairing would've cost about 4000 - 6000 US dollars.

I bought a new car instead of repairing the old one because I needed a car fast and I didn't have that much money.

Sometimes I sit in that wreck and wonder what might have been....

Well, so much of my story. I hope you will enjoy driving. Be cautious but not overcautious and don't crash because that's the least thing you want.

It's interesting how the two opposites are the the top two;

have a drivers' license and own a car and drive   7
dont have a license nor car and dont drive         7

I just went back home from college for the day and I drove my old blazer around for a while. I nicknamed it the Canyonero after the simpsons car since I hated it so much, but after all this time I really love that thing despite all its flaws.

Especially that boring automatic gearbox.

I have a  2004 Chevy Impala 3.4 V6, purple YES!... but I love that car more than plenty of space and good amount of horse power and reliable

I don't need a car yet. Would be impossible to park near my house (4€-5€/hour or a 3 year waiting list for a season ticket) and I would use it only 4 times a year. (Amsterdam is real small, everything is 15 minutes with my bike and finding a spot to park with a car will take 15 minutes already)
And I am not getting a drivers license cause the only times I would use it is when I am driving other people home from a party that was not so great cause I couldn't drink any alcohol. (so now I am getting wasted and letting other people drive!)
Bike ftw

My ford mondeo '95 has served me well the years I've lived home, but now that I moved to another city, I find myself having little use for the car. The insurance and other fees are kind of eating away at my economy, so I might sell it.
