I was trying to connect to a server, but a message said that I was banned for 0 minutes, by an admin. I don't remember being banned, and I don't know what it means to be banned for 0 min.

Could be your IP range is banned, or maybe you did something to piss them off. Being banned for 0 minutes might actually mean be banned forever. See if you can contact the server owner(s) somehow.
